一 基本性能研究:输气管线环焊接头抗HIC性能研究

二 实验方法的选择与应用

       2.1 裂纹的形成

氢致开裂(HIC)与SSCC的驱动力不同,HIC不需要像SSCC那样的外力,其生成裂纹的驱动力是靠进入钢中的氢产生的气压,当氢气压超过材料屈服强度时便产生变形开裂,裂纹间相互扩展连接形成阶梯型开裂(SWC)。一般情况,H2S腐蚀环境用的管线钢和压力容器钢等产品均需做HIC性能检测。

      2.2 确定对SSC的敏感性

2.3 实验样品和溶液

         样品长100mm,宽20mm,厚度为管壁厚度。管线钢每个实验管管体和焊接接头上各取三个样品。压力容器钢母材试样按照NACETM0284-96标准截取,其焊接样参照管线钢焊接试样方法截取。实验采用NACETM0284-96或GB8650-88标准。两标准都可以采用饱和H2S人工海水实验溶液,要求通入H2一分快三S前实验溶液pH值调至8.1-8.3,实验结束pH 值为4.8-5.4时实验有效。NACE标准还可采用标准A溶液,要求初始pH值为2.7±0.1,实验结束pH值<4.0。

2.4 计算方法及评定
